State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not conform with the City Code: C. Explain the physical hardship that makes the variance necessary. 19. Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit, PUD, variance, division of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and explain the proposed development to the nearby property owners. This policy applies only when residential property, R-l through R-8, is listed on the Abstractor's Certificate.
