We are hoping to close <br />this matter on Wednesday, September 3, 1997 at 9:30 a.m. at Network Title's Shoreview office. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that your office is working with Roger Jensen to revise the legal <br />description as contained in the PUD Agreement and Development Agreement so that it conforms <br />with the proposed replatting of the City ofRoseville and Steve and Trottie Zeeces' property. <br />Please keep me apprised as this matter develops. <br /> <br />We are in, receipt of the resolution vacating a portion of Albemarle Court, however, we need to <br />be provided with a copy of Exhibit A which is referenced in the resolution. Also, we still need to <br />be provided with Exhibits A through H in the PUD Agreement as well as Exhibits A through D <br />in Section 4 ofthe Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Lastly, Network Title is working on the legal description for your parcel and as soon as that issue <br />is resolved, we will let you know if the deed previously prepared needs to be revised.
