Kim Lee from the City of <br />Roseville has provided us with suggested revisions to the Irrevocable Letter of Credit. <br /> <br />We have made the suggested revisions. however, we would like to insert the provision regarding <br />the assignability of the Letter of Credit "at the city's sole discretion" at the beginning of <br />paragraph 3 as opposed to at the end of paragraph 3. Following please find a revised Irrevocable <br />Letter of Credit. <br /> <br />Please give me a call when you are back in the office so that we can discuss this change to ensure <br />that it is acceptable to the City of Roseville. <br /> <br /> <br />David C.
