The legal description as provided <br />by the title insurance company is as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Block 1, Zeece Addition; and Lot 1, Thornton's Subdivision of the N.E. 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, except that part of the North 150 feet of said Lot 1 <br />lying Easterly ofthe West 80 feet of said Lot 1, and except the South 240 feet of said Lot <br />1 and except the East 147 feet of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />We will need to see the proposed Warranty Deed, Certificate of Real Estate Value and Affidavit <br />of Seller as soon as possible. <br /> <br />In addition to the conveyance documents, there are easements for utility and drainage purposes as <br />shown on the recorded Zeece Addition Plat and easements for utility purposes, over a part of <br />Zeece Addition as contained in Document No. 2557630 and 2557636, all of which need to be <br />vacated.
