You are correct in that the one provided to the title insurance company is <br />not acceptable for recording. I do believe that you have the correct version in your office and <br />perhaps we could merely be provided with the correct version and remove and replace the <br />incorrect page on the resolution. I would ask that you kindly fax to my office the corrected <br />version of the resolution so that I can ensure that it will be acceptable to the title insurance <br />company. <br /> <br />In addition to the resolution issue, there was a typographical error on the declaration page of the <br />plat which will require the City of Roseville to re-execute the declaration page. The new <br />declaration page should be ready sometime early tomorrow afternoon and as such, we wi 11 need <br />the mayor and the city manager available to sign.
