Each unit will be on a separate lot, and have a <br />separate owner. The homeowner's association would own and maintain the common <br />areas. Each building will have horizontal lap, vinyl siding and aluminum soffits and <br />fascia, and an attached two-car garage. Landscaping for each unit will include rock <br />with decorative border and trees and shrubs. <br />
