<br />CUshman moved, Maschka seconded, that the park land PARK LAND
<br />adjacent to the Zeece plat be declared surplus, and
<br />that City staff pursue purchase of this property from
<br />Ramsey county throuqh its H.R.A. powers. Roll Call,

<br />P-5 Johnson moved, CUshman seconded, that Resolution 8673, RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing the MnDOT limited use permit for a storm 8673
<br />water sedimentation basin adjacent to County Road B,
<br />west of Rice street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />CUshman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P-6 Maschka moved, CUshman seconded, that Resolution 8674, RESOLUTION
<br />amending the 1991 Budget to reflect the state Aid 8674

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that $15,000 be appro- HEPATITIS B
<br />priated from the contingent Account for vaccinations VACCINATIONS
<br />for the city's police Officers and Firefighters, and
<br />the City Manager be authorized to sign an agreement
<br />with the City of Bloomington for the provision of the
<br />Hepatitis B vaccinations. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />amending the city Code, section 100, to adjust various 1090
<br />business licenses and parmit fees, be adopted. Roll

<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />J-1 CUshman moved, Johnson seconded, that a council work WORK SESSION
<br />session be established for saturday, April 6, 1991,
<br />from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cedarholm Golf
<br />course, 2323 Hamline Avenue North, for the purpose of
<br />reviewing strategic planning. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
<br />man, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
