Phase I shall be <br />approved as 16 twinhome lots, and Phase 2 shall be shown as an outlot that will <br />be replatted in the future; <br /> <br />Vacated a portion of Albemarle Court and certain associated utility easements in <br />conjunction with approval of the plat for southwind of Roseville (attached <br />Resolution No. 9407); <br /> <br />Amended the Citv Code, Chap.10 (Zoning) by changing the zoning map <br />designation of certain real properties within the Southwind of Roseville plat from <br />an R-1 single Family Residential Zone to a Planned Unit Development Zone No. <br />1179, subject to approval of PUD Standards No. 1179, and consistent with the <br />City Comprehensive Plan (attached Ordinance 1179); <br /> <br />Approved Planned Unit DeveloDment Agreement No. 1179 with the standards of <br />the PUD effective after publication of the PUD zoning map amendment, subject <br />to review by the City Manager and City Attorney; <br /> <br />Approved the sale of certain land to Larry Aim, dba Southwind of Roseville, <br />L.L.C., ,for development purposes consistent with the City Comprehensive and <br /> <br />2660 CIVIC CE:-\'TER DRIVE.
