This <br />parcel is identified with PIN 13-29-23-11-000-5. <br /> <br />Ramsey County has an value as follows on this parcel of land: <br /> <br />Appraised Value: $ 24,000.00 <br /> <br />Costs of Acquiring Land: 844.20 <br />(includes deed tax, recording fees, <br />and other costs to the County) <br /> <br />TOTAL COST TO THE CITY: $ 24,844.20 <br /> <br />In the event the City repurchases the parcels, the funds from the <br />sale of the property would be distributed as follows: <br /> <br />40' Ramsey County <br />40' School District <br />20' Municipality <br /> <br />This means that Roseville would receive 20' of these funds after <br />expenses. <br /> <br />If these parcels are acquired by the City, the City may dispose <br />of them any way it sees fit, including sale for economic <br />development. <br /> <br />Some title insurance companies refuse to insure titles acquired <br />thro~gh tax forfeiture without legal procedures.
