We also <br />ask that the City of Roseville not release any bonds related to these issues. <br />The outstanding items are as follows: <br /> <br />[] areas are not sodded <br />[] drainage solutions installed in November are not proven to <br />work. Prior to this, several homes had excessive crawl space <br />water problems. <br />[] retention pond's- southern pipe is nearly plugged and the <br />walls of the pond are eroding. <br />[] trees as per the landscape plan have not been planted. <br />[] water shutoffs are not an lowered to ground level - City of Roseville <br />has agreed to inspect and verify in early spring. <br /> <br />I have attached various letters listing our concerns since early spring of 1999. <br /> <br />Thank you for assisting us. <br />Sincerely,!)
