Landscaping <br /> <br />A. Drainage - No changes noted. No new drainage, no new sod. The situation is <br />deteriorating. <br /> <br />B. Soil Preparation and Grass Installation. No addional seeding or other efforts <br />to stabilize the unsodded areas. Ground stability remains in jeopardy with silting of the <br />stormwater catch basin in serious trouble. <br /> <br />C. Trees - No replacement or new plantings of trees. <br /> <br />3. Other concerns <br /> <br />A. Retention Pond - no repair to the pond and continuing deterioration of water flow <br />through the nearly plugged southern pipe.
