At this time, they are waiting <br />to review the lease draft that is being done by the city attorney, which you thought would <br />be available within three weeks. <br /> <br />I have also infonned US West Communications of the proposed lease rate of $20,000 per <br />year. They would like to continue working with the city ofRoseville to complete the co- <br />location deal, but will not be willing to pay $20,000 per year. This rate is well above <br />market and prohibitive.
