<br />operating, or controlling any overhead wires at least two (2) days prior to the <br />proposed Removal Date. <br /> <br />3. Seller must not move the House across any railway tracks located within <br />the City of Roseville during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the Seller has <br />obtained prior permission from the company controlling such tracks. Seller must also <br />notify the company controlling such tracks of the dates and times designated for the <br />passage of the House. <br /> <br />4. Seller must provide for any no parking signs required at any time <br />during removal of the House. <br /> <br />5. Seller must mark the location of each well. <br /> <br />6. Seller must appropriately mark the locations of any underground <br />storage tanks or individual sewage treatment systems located on the Property. <br /> <br />7. Seller must remove all personal property from the basement, concrete <br />slabs and foundation of the House. <br /> <br />SECTION 1WO <br />NOTICES, PERMITS AND INSURANCE <br /> <br />A. Seller must give all notices and obtain and pay for all permits, licenses, bonds, <br />and franchises that may be required for the removal and transportation of buildings by <br />federal, state, county, or city laws, rules, statutes, regulations, and ordinances before Seller <br />begins to remove the House from the Property. Seller must provide Buyer with photocopies <br />of all required permits before Seller commences the work. <br /> <br />B. Before beginning to remove the House, Seller must obtain or must require <br />Seller's contractor to obtain, liability insurance insuring Seller against liability relating to or <br />arising in connection with the removal of the House. The insurance shall be in a form and <br />in an amount reasonably acceptable to Buyer, and the policy of insurance shall identify <br />Buyer as an additional insured. Seller must furnish Buyer with a copy of the insurance prior <br />to beginning the work. <br /> <br />C. Seller or Seller's contractor must obtain and maintain workers' compensation <br />insurance, and other insurance required by the workers' compensation laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, before beginning the work. <br /> <br />357024.2 <br /> <br />2 <br />
