Seller must not move the House across any railway tracks located within the City of Roseville during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the Seller has obtained prior permission from the company controlling such tracks. Seller must also notify the company controlling such tracks of the dates and times designated for the passage of the House. 4. Seller must provide for any no parking signs required at any time during removal of the House. 5. Seller must mark the location of each well. 6. Seller must appropriately mark the locations of any underground storage tanks or individual sewage treatment systems located on the Property. 7. Seller must remove all personal property from the basement, concrete slabs and foundation of the House. SECTION 1WO NOTICES, PERMITS AND INSURANCE A. Seller must give all notices and obtain and pay for all permits, licenses, bonds, and franchises that may be required for the removal and transportation of buildings by federal, state, county, or city laws, rules, statutes, regulations, and ordinances before Seller begins to remove the House from the Property. Seller must provide Buyer with photocopies of all required permits before Seller commences the work. B. Before beginning to remove the House, Seller must obtain or must require Seller's contractor to obtain, liability insurance insuring Seller against liability relating to or arising in connection with the removal of the House. The insurance shall be in a form and in an amount reasonably acceptable to Buyer, and the policy of insurance shall identify Buyer as an additional insured. Seller must furnish Buyer with a copy of the insurance prior to beginning the work. C. Seller or Seller's contractor must obtain and maintain workers' compensation insurance, and other insurance required by the workers' compensation laws of the State of Minnesota, before beginning the work. 357024.2 2
