The enclosed easement follows the format of Temporary <br />Easement No. I, except it adds the removal and demolition purposes and specifically <br />defines commencement dates for particular purposes. <br /> <br />Julie advises that Opus desires to start removing trees, bushes and plant life on <br />Monday, August 25. It will then go on site to demolish buildings as soon as the leases <br />with the homeowners have terminated. To accommodate her needs, I drafted the <br />easement to permit immediate use for the removal of trees, bushes and plant life and <br />use for the other purposes after termination of the leases. <br /> <br />Please review the enclosed and respond with any comments and questions.
