The documents reviewed (Site Documents) include the following: <br /> <br />1. "Phase I Assessment Report," prepared by Barr Engineering Company (Barr), dated <br />March 1997; <br /> <br />2. "Supplemental Investigation and Removal Work Plan," by Barr, dated April 1997; <br /> <br />3. "Report of Geotechnical Exploration and Review," by American Engineering Testing, Inc., <br />dated April 16, 1997; <br /> <br />4. "Phase II Letter Report," by Barr, dated Apri129, 1997; <br /> <br />5. "Supplemental Investigation Report/Voluntary Response Action Plan" (VRAP), by Barr, <br />dated July 1997; <br /> <br />6. Correspondence from Margaret Knowlton of Opus, to Jennifer Haas of the MPCA, dated <br />July 18, 1997 (Proposed Actions Letter); <br /> <br />7. "Response Action Implementation Report," by Barr, dated December 1997; and <br /> <br />8.
