CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The third meeting of the James Addition Task Force was called to order by <br />Chairperson Craig Christenson at 7:10 p.m, in the Council Chambers at Roseville <br />City Hall. <br /> <br />Members Present: Craig Christenson, Darryl Galush, Tricia Grimes, Lynn <br />Kapaun, Jim Langevin, George Lindgren, Roy Nelson, Frank <br />Rog, and Tony Rozycki, <br /> <br />Members Absent: Harland Floden, Shelley Muelken, Phil Ricker, and Jason <br />Sprague, Richard Bates. Shirley Zuremkowski <br /> <br />Guests Present: Bob Moder, Peter Coyle (Larkin Hoffman), <br /> <br />Council Present: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director <br /> <br />2. MEETING NOTES OF AUGUST 27, 1997 <br /> <br />The meeting notes of August 27, 1997 were accepted, with clarification regarding <br />Dan Soler's comments on no-turn-on-red- right turn lanes and "breaks" in the traffic. <br />Task Force also received note of the Council approval of Craig Christenson as <br />Chairperson of the Task Force, <br /> <br />3. MID PROJECT RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING REZONING. <br /> <br />After general discussion the Task Force consensus was to not submit a mid-term <br />report but to ask for time on upcoming Council Works Sessions to discuss progress <br />with the Council. (The meeting notes and agendas are sent to the Council and <br />Planning Commission) <br /> <br />4.
