<br />2.1 Alternative #1 proposes 185 affordable senior apartment units in 3 and 4 story <br />buildings with a floor to area configuration not to exceed 25. Underground parking <br />would be required. Oakcrest would be reconstruction and re-routed through the middle <br />ofthe site. The project would add approximately $15,400,000 in new value to the site. <br />The average value of the apartment unit would be slightly more than $83,000, including <br />land.
