<br />2.6 Alternative #6 proposes 160 affordable senior apartment units in a 3 to 4 story <br />building. In another apartment building, 50 market rate apartment units would be built in <br />a 3 story building. Underground parking would be required in both buildings. Oakcrest <br />would be moved approximately 80 feet to the north and be reconstructed. Twenty-eight <br />2 story owner occupied town homes and 16 - 1 story senior town homes would be <br />added adjacent to the existing homes on Fry. The project would add approximately <br />$18,430,000 in new value to the site. The average value ofthe apartment unit would be <br />slightly more than $75,000, including land.
