<br />ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION <br />OF <br />ROSEVILLE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, being of full age, for the purpose of forming a non-profit <br />corporation under Chapter 317A of Minnesota Statutes as amended, and in compliance <br />with the requirements thereof, do hereby voluntarily associate ourselves as body <br />corporate not for profit but for the purpose herein conferred and adopt these Articles <br />of Incorporation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE I <br />NAME <br /> <br />The name of the corporation shall be ROSEVILLE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM <br />OWNERS ASSOCIATION. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II <br />REGISTERED OFFICE <br /> <br />The registered office of the corporation shall be at <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br />PURPOSES AND AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The purposes of the corporation are to provide for maintenance, preservation <br />and architectural control of certain property located in the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, undertaken for development by Mendota Homes, <br />Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Declarant, said property being <br />more particularly described as: <br /> <br />See attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents within the real property now <br />or hereafter brought into the development and thus into the jurisdiction of the <br />Association and to: <br /> <br />(a) Exercise all the powers and privileges and to perform all of the duties and <br />obligations of the Association as set forth in that certain Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions and Easements, hereinafter called the <br />"Declaration", applicable to the property and recorded or to be recorded <br />in the office of the Registrar of Deeds, Dakota County, Minnesota, and <br />as the same may be amended from time to time as therein provided. <br />
