<br />Section 2. No Unsuitable Uses. No clothes, sheets, blankets, laundry of any kind, <br />or other articles shall be hung out on any portion of the Unit so as to <br />be visible from outside the Unit, nor shall a clothes line (including <br />retractable clothes line) be installed or maintained on the common <br />element, on the balcony or on the exterior of the Unit. <br /> <br />Section 3. Pets. No pets (except for caged birds and aquarium fish or guide dogs <br />used by a blind or deaf person) shall be permitted on the Real Estate <br />at any time. Specifically without limiting the generality of the foregoing, <br />no dogs (other than such guide dogs), cats or other animals should be <br />permitted on any of the common elements or in a Unit even for a brief <br />(visit). The Board may adopt reasonable regulations governing the <br />behavior and waste of guide dogs. <br /> <br />Section 4. SiQns. No Unit owner or occupant shall post any advertisements or <br />posters or signs of any kind in or on the condominium, except as <br />authorized by the Association, nor shall signs, billboards, notices or other <br />advertisement matter of any kind be placed on the exterior of any Unit <br />or on the common corridor side of an entry door, or in the interior or any <br />Unit so as to be visible from the outside of the Unit. <br /> <br />Section 5. Noises. Unit owners and occupants shall not make noises, play <br />instruments or operate radios, televisions. or amplifiers in a way that may <br />disturb other residence, or otherwise create disturbances to the peace <br />and tranquility of the building. No nuisance shall be allowed on the <br />condominium nor shall any use or practice be allowed which is a source <br />of annoyance to the other owners or which interferes with the peaceful <br />possession or property use of the condominium by all Unit owners. <br /> <br />Section 6. Outside StoraQe. Outside storage of any items, including but without <br />limiting the generality of the foregoing, sporting equipment, toys, outdoor <br />cooking equipment (except seasonal furniture and one gas or charcoal <br />grill per Unit placed on the Units limited common elements. if allowable) <br />yard and gardening tools and equipment, trash and garbage containers <br />shall not be allowed. <br /> <br />Section 7. Vehicle StoraQe. No boats, snowmobiles, trailers, camping vehicles, <br />buses, camper tops, (all terrain vehicles), tractor/trailer or trucks in excess <br />of 9,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, or unlicensed or inoperable vehicle <br />shall at any time be stored or parked on the common elements without <br />the express written approval of the Board of Directors, which may be <br />withheld without stated reason. <br /> <br />Section 8. Movina and Furniture. The Association shall be notified in advance <br />before moving furniture, substantial quantities of household goods, major <br />appliances, carpeting and construction materials into or out of a Unit and <br />shall have the authority to specify the hours and routing within the Real <br />Estate of such moving. <br /> <br />Section 9. Vehicles. Except for emergency repairs, no repairs or adjustments to <br />motor vehicles shall be carried out on the common elements including <br />garage spaces. <br /> <br />11 <br />
