Wendy Elert and William Graham
1901 Lexington Avenue
Roseville, MN 55113

RE: Violation to Approved Conditional Use Permit.

Drs: Elert and Graham:

On June 9, 1997, the Roseville City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) regarding
your use of the structure at 1901 Lexington Avenue as a veterinary clinic. This CUP was subject
to a number of conditions, most of which have been addressed. However, the City was notified
that one condition in particular had not been completed.

A site: inspection approximately three weeks ago confirmed that condition number "5" has not
been t:;ompleted. Specifically, the conditional use permit required you to install a fence or
landseaping along the western property line to provide all-season screening of the parking lots to
an opacity of 80%.

This <:ondition having not been completed is a direct violation of your CUP. It is suggested that
you complete the fence or landscaping requirement or provide us with information as to why the
condition has not been met. Failure to complete or provide a response may jeopardize the status
of your CUP.

Should you have any questions, please call me at 651.490.2236.

Regards,

City of Roseville

Thomas Paschke
CITY PLANNER

Q:\General Correspondence\ThomasP\CUP Violation Letter.doc

2660 Civic Center Drive .:.
