Concjitional Use Permit for a Veterinary Hospital at 1901 Lexington Ave. <br /> <br />The planned Veterinary Hospital will be owned and operated by William Graham, <br />DVM ancj Wendy Elert, DVM. The hospital will be 1300 square feet located at 1901 <br />Lexington Ave. in Roseville, MN. <br /> <br />Several ,aspects of the hospital need to be considered: <br /> <br />1) Employees: the hospital will be staffed with 3.7 employees as 101101: <br />Veterinarians 2 -3 1;;7 <br />Technicians' - 4 .~ <br /> <br />2) Hours Mon. - Fri. , Sam - 6pm <br />Sat. 8am - 12 noon <br /> <br /> <br />3) Parking: There are two parking lots with ample space to accommoda. up to <br />15 clients at any given time. Maximum number of clients th4t <br />could be seen at anyone time are 4 -5. This precludes the .~ <br />necessity of any off street residential parking of veterinaryplients. <br /> <br />4) Noise The building located at 1901 Lexington is constructed of briCkf <br />exterior with steel truss and concrete support structure. 1 use <br />of this, noise generation will be minimal. . <br /> <br />5) Odors and waste: The business will maintain a clean environment inside <br />and outside the building with sanitary disposal of all wastes and <br />cleaning up after client on the walkway and in the parking lot as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />6) Keep the business within the building except of the coming and going of <br />clientele. There will be no outside cages, kannels or exercising <br />of animals. <br /> <br />7') Dispose of hazardous waste as regulated by the county and <br />state. <br /> <br />81) Set up and maintain the x-ray room as required by state statute. <br />
