LAND USE <br />1-1 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9413, approving a RESOLUTION <br />Conditional Use Permit for three cellular telephone antennas to be placed on the 9413 <br />Roseville Professional Center roof and penthouse at 2233 Hamline Avenue, be <br />adopted with the conditions that: 1) the antennas are to be removed within <br />twelve months after they are no longer in use and 2) life safety changes are <br />made within six months. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke Wiski, Mastel, <br />and Wall. Navs: Nonp <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />1-2 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a resolution approving a Conditional Use VETERINARY <br />Permit for a veterinary clinic at 1901 Lexington Avenue, be adopted. CLINIC <br /> <br />Wiski withdrew the motion and Mastel withdrew the second. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that William Graham and Wendy Elert's <br />request for Conditional Use Permit for a veterinary clinic at 1901 Lexington <br />Avenue be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, June 9, <br />1997 because the applicant was not present at the meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />,J. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />.1-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1183, amending Section ORDINANCE <br />301.03 of the City Code, increasing cigarette and tobacco products sales license 1183 <br />fees from the current $25 per year to $100 per year, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />N.
