The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. in <br />the Community Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will be placed on the April 28, 1997, City Council agenda. If the request is not unanimously <br />recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be forwarded to the City <br />Council; however, Mr. and Mrs. Pierce will have the option of requesting a variance through <br />the n:!gular variance procedure. <br /> <br />You are welcome to attend I;>oth the Minor Variance Committee meeting and the City <br />Council meeting.
