<br />Donna & AI Pierce <br />290 Transit Ave <br />Roseville, Mn 55113 <br /> <br />We would like to add a deck and lOx 16 foot roof over <br /> <br />part of the deck. The reason for a need of a variance, is the city <br />rule of a 30 ft clearance from house to the property line. This <br />addition will be 8 ft into that clearance. <br /> <br />Because our house was built so far back on our property, <br />it's the only thing we can do. We are retired and spend a lot of <br />time in the back yard. Because it's a comer lot we do not have <br /> <br />much privacy.
