If you believe that affidavit is <br />accurate, we may be obligated to construe the sale and leasing of trucks and trailers as the site <br />to be part of the grandfathered pre-existing non-conforming use of the property. <br /> <br />Please review the affidavit and compare it against City records, including old aerial <br />photos, and advise me regarding the accuracy. <br /> <br />In paragraph 9, it indicates that Indianhead had 300 trailers on the site in the past.
