The consultants will be at the Planning Commission <br />meeting to respond to any questions regarding their report. <br /> <br />Their conclusions are reserved, because they have not y~t <br />conducted a "detailed review of the area surrounding the propose:d <br />site...". <br /> <br />Another factor affecting consideration of the consultant's report <br />is that a second similar discount operation has expressed inter- <br />est to develop in close proximity to Costco.
