Metropolitan Council, Information Submission for a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment, prepared by City of Roseville, undated and received August 13, <br />1986 . <br /> <br />These exhibits have been reviewed and the following comments are made: <br /> <br />1. Permit approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District will be required for <br />this project. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The District will require calculations indicating that the runoff rate for <br />this site and its developed condtion will not increase over that which <br />presently exists for the 100-year return frequency rainfall event.
