The aforementioned items are contingent upon <br />the Metropolitan Council approving the comprehensive Plan revision <br />which the City has submitted. <br /> <br />The following conditions apply to the project. <br /> <br />1. That landscape and drainage plans be approved by staff. <br /> <br />2. That a Development Agreement be signed committing the <br />developer to future ~rainage improvements in the area. <br /> <br />3. That the street improvements (Mount Ridge Road and Prior <br />Avenue) be paid for by the developer. <br /> <br />4. That the sidewalks be const~ucted on County Road C as required. <br /> <br />5. That the riaht-of-wav on Countv Road C be dedicated as required <br />(2-1/2 feet). - <br /> <br />6. That the lighting plan be approved by staff. <br />7. That the rooftop systems be appropriately screened. <br />8.
