("TIP") at its former branch location on Arthur Street in Minneapolis and our anticipated operations at 1947 West County Road C in Roseville. . As Mr. Brill has explained, TIP's primary business is the rental and leasing of over-the-road trailers. In connection with our leasing business, each year TIP sells a portion of its fleet inventory as it ages. In addition, during the years 1995 and 1996, TIP also purchased some used trailers for resale. Toward the end of 1996 terminated this program. As a percentage of total revenue at our Minneapolis Branch, the percentage of revenue from trailer sales at.the Minneapolis Branch during the last several years was as follows: 1996 1995 1994 1993 1992 36.3% 43.6% 11.4% 11.5% 13.4 The percentages set forth for 1995 and 1996 include revenue from our fonner purchase for resale program. Thus, the average figure of 12.1 % percent for 1992 through 1994 more accurately reflects the volume of historical and anticipated future trailer sales than the figures for 1995 and 1996.
