equipment (with or without drivers) only when needed. Indianhead also rents trucks and trailers to customers upon request. 8. Indianhead uses the Property to park trucks. At times, Indianhead has parked up to 100 trucks at a time on the Property. Indianhead's trucks are the type typically seen pulling trailers of various sorts on highways. These trucks typically weight about 16,500 pounds, are approximately 17.5 feet long have three axles and 10 tires. I have attached as Exhibits 8 through 14 and 16 through 23 photographs depicting some ofIndianhead's trucks over the years. 9. Indianhead also uses the Property to park empty trailers. Indianhead has parked up to 300 trailers at a time on the Property. Over the years, Indianhead has owned a variety of trailer types, including tank trailers, freight trailers, specialty trailers and flatbeds. 10. Although various types of trailers are used for transporting different types of goods, they are essentially the same in important characteristics when stored at the Property because they are empty. For instance, each type of trailer has two axles and eight tires. Each type of trailer weighs between 11,000 to 13,000 pounds. The trailers are all from about 40 feet to 53 feet in length. All of the trailers make the same amount of noise when pulled from or into the Property and have the same impact on the surrounding neighborhood. The only significant difference between the types of trailers is shape and utility. Again, neither of these factors impacts the surrounding neighborhood. 11.
