One of the property owners (Kruger) is replacing an <br />existing driveway on his property. All of the variances are being requested in order <br />to allow the continuance of driveways which are set back less than five feet from the <br />side property line. <br /> <br />2.3 It is the policy of the City of Roseville to issue blanket minor variances for driveway <br />side yard setbacks in conjunction with street improvements within the community, <br />provided the property is located in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, and <br />used for residential purposes.
