Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon suggested moving Business Action Item 13.b entitled, "Approve <br /> a Resolution of Support for the Installation of Bus Rapid Transit Station at Snelling Ave- <br /> nue and Roselawn Avenue" immediately following the presentation by Metropolitan <br /> Council District 10 Representative Marie McCarthy. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced several upcoming events, including "Coffee with a Cop" sched- <br /> uled periodically, with the next one scheduled on August 7, 2014 from 9:00 — 10:30 a.m. <br /> Dunn BrhCoffee, 2471 Fairview Avenue (additional information available at 792- <br /> 7008); and publicers meetings scheduled over the next few weeks, including the Roseville <br /> Housinatg & Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) meeting rescheduled from July 22 to July <br /> 28, 2014 at ot6:00 p.m. at City Hall. <br /> Mayor Roe announced a vacancy on the RHRA fora term ending September 23, 2018; <br /> with application deadline of August 7, and interviews scheduled on August 18, 2014 (ad- <br /> ditional information available on the City's website under"commissions"). <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications <br /> 6.
