Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7 day of July 2014, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember _________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />ARAACLUPM <br />ESOLUTION PPROVING AN MENDMENT TO THE OMPREHENSIVE AND SELANAP <br />DHDR(HR)CM-U(CMU) <br />ESIGNATION FROM IGHENSITY ESIDENTIAL TO OMMUNITY IXEDSE <br />1633-1775TD,2830FA,2822-2837, <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT ERRACE RIVEAIRVIEW VENUE <br />2825,2805-2823FA(PROJ0026) <br /> AND AIRVIEW VENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on June 4, 2014, <br />pertaining to the request they received from the Roseville Community Development Department <br />for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as 1633-1775 <br />Terrace Drive, 2830 Fairview Avenue, 2822-2837, 2825, and 2805-2823 Fairview Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from “HR” (High Density Residential) to “CMU” (Community Mixed-Use); <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, said Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment affects the following <br />addressed properties (also see attached map): <br />1633-1775 Terrace Drive, 2830 Fairview Avenue, 2822-2837, 2825, <br />and 2805-2823 Fairview Avenue <br /> WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the proposed change; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of July 7,, 2014, was presented <br />with the project report from the Community Development staff regarding the subject request; <br />and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby approves the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from “HR” (High Density Residential) to “CMU” <br />(Community Mixed-Use) for property located at 1633-1775 Terrace Drive, 2830 Fairview <br />Avenue, 2822-2837, 2825, and 2805-2823 Fairview Avenue (legally described above), subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a. <br />The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />b. <br />Passage and publication of an ordinance properly and consistently rezoning of the <br />subject parcel. <br /> <br />
