W111l a <br />single car garage, the parldng stall in a necessary convenience to prevent constant <br />rearranging of our cars on a daily basis. It also allows our visitors to park on our property <br />versus parldng in the s1reet. If we were unable to obtain the minor variance we would have <br />to destroy an area of our property that is landscaped. To move the parldng stall the 13 ft <br />necessary to make the stall legal, we would have to remove a tree, several bushes and <br />poss1bly part of our walkway en1rance to our home. This would affect the aesthetic value <br />of our property and our home.
