<br />Extract Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The <br />City Council Of The City OfRoseville <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 14th day of January, 2002, at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn, and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9972 <br /> <br />Resolution Appointing the City of Roseville Representative to the 135 Corridor Coalition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually considers formal designation of liaisons to outside <br />organizations, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is a member of the 135 Corridor Coalition, ajoint powers <br />organization, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the joint powers agreement specifies that the City's interests shall be <br />represented by an official designated by the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby appoints and <br />designates Mayor John Kysylyczyn as the City of Roseville representative to the 135 <br />Corridor Coalition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn, and the following <br />voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
