McCarrons Boulevard W. <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Variance Request: Allow Continuance of Nonconforming Driveway Less <br />Than 51 From Property Line [PF2920] <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Jamma: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their' <br />meeting of Monday, June 9, 1997 unanimously approved your request for a blanket <br />Minor Variance to reduce the driveway setback to zero feet along the east property line, <br />of 386 North McCarrons Boulevard W, for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway <br />into compliance with Section 703.04B of the City Code.
