On Monday, June 23, 1997, the City Council <br />approved your request to reduce the front yard setback of a private garage to three feet <br />for the purpose of replacing and existing detached garage on your property. <br /> <br />You will need to obtain a building permit from the City's Community Development <br />Department prior to undertaking any demolition or construction activities.
