<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 28th day of July, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka (arrived late), Wiski, Wall <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goedeke <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9430 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />STUART SELLARS AND CAROLE WEDEL SELLARS <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE AT <br />1199 JOSEPHINE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars have requested a variance <br />from Section 1 016.16A, City Code, to reduce the setback from the ordinary high water level <br />of Lake Josephine for the purpose of constructing an addition to a single family dwelling <br />at 1199 Josephine Road (PF2925); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on July 9, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission tabled action on the request, at the <br />request of the applicants, in order to allow additional time to develop a plan that was <br />acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has continued the public hearing until August <br />13, 1997, to allow the applicant an opportunity to work with City staff on the proposal. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Stuart <br />Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars request for a variance from Section 1 016.16A, City Code, <br />to reduce the setback from the ordinary high water level of Lake Josephine for the purpose <br />of constructing an addition to a single family dwelling at 1199 Josephine Road, be <br />extended for 60 days, from August 18. 1997 to October 17. 1997. <br />
