<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 11th day of August, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD ,FOR <br />CB COMMERCIAL REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT <br />2582 LONG LAKE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CB Commercial has requested a conditional use permit to allow the <br />placement of a commercial communications towner on a non-City tower site at 2582 Long <br />Lake Road (PF2929); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on July 9,1997; and , <br /> <br />".ff' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility of locating the commercial communications tower at this <br />location as opposed to a City-owned site in the area is being evaluated by City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff needs additional time to work with the applicant on the feasibility <br />of placing the commercial communications tower on a City-owned site in the area. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of CB <br />Commercial's request for a a conditional use permit to allow the placement of a <br />commercial communications towner on a non-City tower site at 2582 Long Lake Road, be <br />extended for 60 days, from August 18. 1997 to October 17.1997. <br />
