EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 11th day of August, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD ,FOR CB COMMERCIAL REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 2582 LONG LAKE ROAD WHEREAS, CB Commercial has requested a conditional use permit to allow the placement of a commercial communications towner on a non-City tower site at 2582 Long Lake Road (PF2929); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on July 9,1997; and , ".ff' WHEREAS, the feasibility of locating the commercial communications tower at this location as opposed to a City-owned site in the area is being evaluated by City staff; and WHEREAS, staff needs additional time to work with the applicant on the feasibility of placing the commercial communications tower on a City-owned site in the area. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of CB Commercial's request for a a conditional use permit to allow the placement of a commercial communications towner on a non-City tower site at 2582 Long Lake Road, be extended for 60 days, from August 18. 1997 to October 17.1997.
