<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 28th <br />day of January 28, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9973 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW SEVEN PARK-N-RIDE LOTS IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF3370) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by the Minnesota State Fair on December 18, <br />2001 for consideration of a Interim Use Permits on seven separate properties in Roseville <br />(Bethany Baptist Church, Church of Corpus Christi, Grace Church of Roseville, Roseville Covenant <br />Church, Roseville Area High School, St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and The Church ofSt. Rose) in <br />accordance with Section 1011.09 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on December 26, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline date necessary for proper <br />legal notification for the January 2, 2002 Planning Commission meeting, thus the request was <br />forwarded to the Commission for consideration at their regular meeting of February 6, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of February 16,2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council meets on February 28, 2002 which exceeds the review <br />deadline; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has requested a 60-day extension <br />to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review <br />and consideration of the Minnesota State Fair request; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of the Minnesota State Fair for <br />consideration of Interim Use Permits for seven separate properties in Roseville be extended for <br />60 days, from February 16,2002 to April 17, 2002. <br />
