EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of January 28, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9973 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW SEVEN PARK-N-RIDE LOTS IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF3370) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by the Minnesota State Fair on December 18, 2001 for consideration of a Interim Use Permits on seven separate properties in Roseville (Bethany Baptist Church, Church of Corpus Christi, Grace Church of Roseville, Roseville Covenant Church, Roseville Area High School, St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and The Church ofSt. Rose) in accordance with Section 1011.09 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community Development Department on December 26, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline date necessary for proper legal notification for the January 2, 2002 Planning Commission meeting, thus the request was forwarded to the Commission for consideration at their regular meeting of February 6, 2002; and WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of February 16,2002; and WHEREAS, the City Council meets on February 28, 2002 which exceeds the review deadline; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Minnesota State Fair request; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of the Minnesota State Fair for consideration of Interim Use Permits for seven separate properties in Roseville be extended for 60 days, from February 16,2002 to April 17, 2002.
