On Monday, July 14, 1997, the City Council <br />approved your request to reduce the side yard setback of an accessory building (detached <br />garage) to one foot for the purpose of replacing an existing single car detached garage (13' <br />x 21') with a two car detached garage (26' x 26'). The City Council also granted you a <br />blanket variance to reduce the setback of a residential driveway to one foot to bring the <br />existing driveway into compliance. <br /> <br />Prior to constructing your new garage and expanding your driveway, you will need to obtain <br />a building permit from our office.
