EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Wiski (arrived late), Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall and the following were absent None: Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9454 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR BERGER TRANSFER AND STORAGE, INC. ALONG COUNTY ROAD C2 WHEREAS, Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code identifies the process and standards for issuance of an interim use permit in any zoning district; and WHEREAS, Berger Transfer and Storage, Inc. has requested an interim use permit to allow a secured exterior trailer storage area on property owned by Northern States Power along County Road C2; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request on Wednesday, August 13, 1997, and recommended approval of the requested interim use permit subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation on Monday, August 25,1997; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: 1 . The proposed interim use of the property for a secured trailer storage lot will have a minimum impact on traffic in the area, since an average of six trailer moves per day are expected. 2. The proposed interim use of the property for a secured trailer storage lot will not have an impact on parks, streets and other public facilities. 3.
