Tbe application shall be accompanied by a written consent and approval of at least <br />50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the relocation, <br /> <br />18. I9r Variance: <br /> <br />A. Variance is requested from the following section of the City Code: <br /> <br />B. Explain the physical hardship that makes the variance necessary. <br /> <br />19, Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use pemit, PUD, variance, division of lot, <br />or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices <br />to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to revie~ and explain the <br />proposed development to the nearby property owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-l through R-8, is listed on the <br />Abstractor's Certificate. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property <br />owners: <br /> <br />20. Except 8.'\ noted. the following information. must be submitted for all applications: <br /> <br />A. Application and Fee <br /> <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON LABELS <br />for each owner of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property <br />fOI. which a cOllditional use permit, rezoning, PUD and comprehensive plan <br />amendment (variances, lot divisions, preliminary/finsl plat, house relocation, <br />and vacation of right-or-way) application is requested. <br /> <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site piau, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required.
