The property \S oned <br />R-1 Single Family Residential and adjacent land uses are all singl~ amily <br />residential. i <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />j <br />i <br />Mr. Roeller is requesting a variance from Section 1004.01A to allow the pia <br />. of an accessory building in a location other than the rear yard. The existing I <br />garage on the property is located in the rear yard on the north side of thei <br />however, there are problems with the narrow width of the driveway Cfl <br />accumulation of snow in this area. There is also a grade differential in this air <br />part of the existing driveway is constructed within an access easement ac~ <br />property to the north. Mr. Roeller is proposing to build a new two car gar~ <br />driveway on the south side of the parcel in line with the house, and then reni <br />existing one car garage and driveway on the north side of the parcel.
