Attachment A 1 2 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 5 6Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, 7County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the twenty-fifth day of August 2014, at 6:00 p.m. 8 9The following members were present: 10and the following were absent: 11 12Councilmember __________________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 13 14 15RESOLUTION # _________ 16 17RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF 18DAN WALL TO THE 19HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR 20THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 21 22 23WHEREAS, Kelly Quam served as a Board Member for the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment 24Authority (RHRA) for a term that expires September 23, 2014, and 25 26WHEREAS, Ms. Quam is not seeking reappointment to the RHRA so there is a vacancy and 27 28WHEREAS, On August 18, the Council interviewed four candidates for appointment to the RHRA, 29and 30 31WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council’s consideration the appointment to the 32RHRA board of resident Dan Wall with a term expiring September 23, 2019; 33 34NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council 35approves the Mayor’s appointment of Dan Wall to the Roseville HRA Board. 36 37The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: 38and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 39and the following voted against the same: 40 41Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
