EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of September, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski; and the following members were absent: None. Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9461 A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 10,1997, to determine whether or not a portion of said utility and drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use ofthe surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said utility and drainage easement; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of the utility and drainage easement dedicated on the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park and described in Exhibit A, contingent upon the dedication of a new utility and drainage easement and movement of the existing sanitary sewer line in this location. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a new utility and drainage easement, as described in Exhibit B, be accepted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wiski and Wall; and the following voted against same: None Resolution 9461 - Page 1 of 2
