EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of September, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. i The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski; and the following members were absent: None. Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9461 A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK i WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commissidn held a public hearing on September 10, 1997, to determine whether or not a portion of saId utility and drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and . I WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding lan~, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said utility and drainage I easement; I i I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rosevill~, Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of the utility and drainage easement dedicated qn the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park and described in Exhibit A, contingent upon the dedication of a new utility and drainage easement and movement of the existing sanitary sewer line in this location. i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a new utility and drainage easement, as described 1Jn Exhibit B, be accepted. i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Memb~r Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedekfl , Maschka, Mastel, Wiskl and Wall; and the following voted against same: None Resolution 9461.
