<br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />PETITION FOR VACATION OF <br /> <br />The 20 foot drainage and utility easement dedicated on the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park <br />lying adjacent to the common boundary line of Lots I and 2, Block 3, Centre Pointe Business <br />Park, and extending northeasterly across said Lot I to its intersection with the east line of said <br />Lot. <br /> <br />The undersigned, as Owner of Lots I and 2, Block 3, Centre Pointe Business Park, does hereby <br />petition the Roseville City Council to vacate that certain utility and drainage easement dedicated <br />on the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park, as described below: <br /> <br />A 20 foot wide Drainage and Utility Easement over, under and across Lots 1 and <br />2, Block 3 as dedicated on the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, the Centerline described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence South 00 degrees 00 <br />minutes 00 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 1, a <br />distance of 348.53 feet to the beginning of the centerline to be described; thence <br />South 46 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 133.16 feet; thence <br />North 89 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 285.20 feet, to the <br />west line of said Lot 2 and said centerline there terminating. <br /> <br />The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate at <br />said East line of Lot 1 and said west line of Lot 2. <br /> <br />RYAN TWIN LAKES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br />by Ryan Builders, Inc., i rtner <br />By <br />its <br /> <br /> <br />I:\LEGIJAH\FORMSIPETIV AC.DOC IIAH <br />
