County of Ramsey. Minnesota. was duly held on the 22nd day of September, 1997. at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel. Wall, and Wlski; and the following members were absent: None. Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9461 A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY ANO.DRAINAGE EASEMENT DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS. after two weeks published and posted notice. the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 10, 1997, to detennine whether or not a portion of said utility and drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and , \NHEREAS. it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land. it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said utility and drainage easement; NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLveD that the City Council of the City of Roseville. Minnesota. hereby vacates that portion of the utility and drainage easement dedicated C)n the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park and described in Exhibit A, contingent upon the dedication of a new utility and drainage easement and movement of the existing sanitary sewer line in this location. . . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a new utility and drainage easement, as described in exhibit 8. be accepted. !
