County of Ramsey. Minnesota. was duly held on the 22nd day of September, <br />1997. at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel. Wall, and Wlski; and <br />the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9461 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY ANO.DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF <br />CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS. after two weeks published and posted notice. the Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing on September 10, 1997, to detennine whether or not a portion of said <br />utility and drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />, <br />\NHEREAS. it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land. <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said utility and drainage <br />easement; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLveD that the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota. hereby vacates that portion of the utility and drainage easement dedicated C)n <br />the plat of Centre Pointe Business Park and described in Exhibit A, contingent upon the <br />dedication of a new utility and drainage easement and movement of the existing sanitary <br />sewer line in this location. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a new utility and drainage easement, as described in <br />exhibit 8. be accepted. ! <br /> <br />The motion for the adoplian of the foregoing resolution was dUly seconded by MemJ, <br />Wiaki. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Meschka, Mastel, 1Ms" and Wall; and the fallowing voted against same: None i <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />Resolution 9461- Page 1 o~2 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />j <br /> <br />..' -. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />.. ., <br /> <br />.....,. <br />
